About me
I love finding ways to bring all of the learning resources available to students in Washington, DC into the classroom and bringing students outside of the classroom to learn in the city. While I love a good classroom, there are experts who know far more than I do who are excited to talk to students about the work they do. Facilitating such discussions helps students make authentic connections between high school subjects and "real world" experiences that enrich their learning beyond what I alone am able to provide.
I'm also a PBL history teacher, an occasional artist, a board gamer, and a hiker.
