With over two decades of experience in special education and instructional leadership, Erin Gilbert brings a wealth of expertise to the field of professional development. She has held diverse roles, including Director of Professional Development at Johns Hopkins University’s National Summer Learning Association and Director of Outreach at The Highlands School. Named the 2023 Secondary Educator of the Year for Douglas County School District, Erin’s work centers on strategic planning, data-driven decision-making, and fostering inclusive environments for gifted and neurodiverse learners.
