About me
In my role as a Crew Coach, I support NYC public schools to implement Crew, an advisory model and school-wide structure that fosters student belonging and social-emotional and academic development, by providing 1:1 coaching to teachers and school leaders, facilitating professional development for school staff, and guiding schools in the creation of data-driven improvement plans.
And in my program design work, I'm focused on developing and managing workshops and programs for schools that are focused on community building and student empowerment in schools.
Previously, I spent 10 years working in nonprofit fundraising and volunteer management both at NYC Outward Bound Schools and Greenwich House in NYC.
