About me
Kim Frankel Marsh serves as a District Community and Network Design Specialist for the New Tech Network where she uses tools and habits from improvement science to support district-level leadership development and systems change . Prior to joining NTN, she spent 20 years on school campuses, as a middle school principal, instructional coach and a social studies teacher for grades 6-12. She is deeply committed to asking hard questions, engaging community voices, and working for equitable outcomes - both in her work with school and teachers nationwide and at home in Tennessee, where she founded a local nonprofit to support community development and is an enthusiastic community gardener.
