About me
Dr. Zachary Herrmann designs, leads, and researches interdisciplinary teams committed to tackling some of the world’s toughest challenges, including climate change, complex negotiations, and collaborative problem-solving across disciplinary, political, and geographical boundaries. Zachary leads the Project-Based Learning for Global Climate Justice initiative which designs and researches innovative education approaches to climate education. As a faculty member at the University of Pennsylvania, Zachary teaches “Collaboration & Conflict,” an interdisciplinary exploration of how people work together to solve complex problems, and “Negotiations” at The Wharton School, which explores how interdependent parties make sense of problems, construct solutions, and implement agreements.
